alright let's light this candle. I think it' Saturday across the pond, and that's good enough for us colonial's
got the road wheels cut, glued and primed.
Image
I have paint coming in tomorrow, both mission models acrylic, and model master enamel. in idf gray, been having problems with my paint the last month. I think that's weather related, paint surface has been kind of pebbly, its 115 outside and 86 inside and almost no humidity. so I think i'm going to try enamels again, I started with them a couple of years ago and then went to acrylics, so i'm going to do a little experiment and see what happens.
thanks for looking

oh yeah let's add this
Image20170704_194807 by robert noonan, on Flickr
the messed up ak dio effects are from a shipping mishap, which hey took care of with some of the best customer service I've seen.

hey guys
ok got the paint on. now as I have mentioned my painting conditions are a lot different than most. the big test of this build is to try a couple of paint's and see what works best. today I used model master enamel mixed 50-50 with mr color leveling thinner, results seem a lot better than a few of my last builds. when the bulldozer is painted I will use mission models acrylic, and we'll take a look at the results. now y paint hase been lost in the mail the last couple of days, so I used some ammo on the road wheels and the bottom of the tank the color difference is more than I thought it would be. but i'm sure with the right weathering no one will be the wiser
