Ive got this kit to build next and was wondering if it would be considered as a naval aircraft?

If it is the FRS1 version, then yes, I'd imagine so. How is it described on your box lid, do you have a photo or kit number you can share?

As far as i can tell Airfix has 4 1/72 Harrier kits i would consider naval.

1: BAe Sea Harrier FRS1 Kit number: A03078

2: BAe Sea Harrier FA2 Kit number: A03079

3: Hawker Siddeley Harrier AV-8A Kit number: A04057 ( there is also a Model Set: A50017 )

The AV-8A is not 100% naval but its also used by the US Marines and the Spanish Navy

4: Hawker Siddeley Harrier GR3 Kit number: A04055

The GR3 was used by the Royal Air Force but also during the Falkland conflict stationed on Carriers
and the kit comes with a marking option for the HMS Hermes Battle Group.

The GR1 ( A03003 ) is the only kit that is 100% not naval.

I hope i could help and please correct me if im wrong about the Gr.3 and the AV-8A!

Greets!
