What are you going to build?
Re: What are you going to build?
I'm thinking of joining this GB but as my knowledge of aircraft is pretty much limited to: they fly. So does anyone have any suggestions for a kit? The only things I know I would like is something not too big, so probably 1/72 scale or a small 1/48 plane and that It is a propeller plane. As this would be more or less my first plane (at least in over 20 years, build a few with my dad when I was like 7) it should be a fairly well fitting kit.
So any suggestions?

Only heard good things about Revell's recent release Ju88 in 1:72 scale kit number 04672.JonMW wrote:I'm thinking of joining this GB but as my knowledge of aircraft is pretty much limited to: they fly. New tool, excellent detail, should be readily available and very reasonably priced.
Check out some on line reviews before you make a decision. Note these kits no longer come with swastikas in the decals, so if you want them you will have to source them seperately.

SUCH COOL IDEAS!!!!!*droool*
I'm at a bit of a loss on what to build, my fault, since my degree in History and love of bombers is getting in the way of being able to narrow it down! heh heh

Re: What are you going to build?
yep that is the simple version of saying it
here is how it goes:
go to the gb/sig you want to enter
once you clicked on that you get 3 options the chat/guidelines , the builds and the reveal sections
go to builds and start a new topic
then enter the name of your build so the name scale and the manufacturer of your entry
then you need the photo's of your kit as proof that it is in a unstarted condition so some shots of the sprues
then you are all set and just start building your kit
it is the idea that you make regular updates showing your progress and telling what you did and how
once finished place pics of the final result in the reveal section
and that is it
you could go to youtube aswell and look for coen c he made a video on how everything works around here
so i hope this helps
cheers Mark
