Evil Carrot and his bag of strings, the revelation (Tamiya 1/48 Swordfish)

Post by EvilCarrot »

Here she is, my most frustrating build of the year. Not very happy with the end result but I'm glad she's done! (and I really need to get myself a phototent  )

Nice work Sebastian. I have this in my stash but haven't built up the courage to attack it yet. :thumb2:

It's a really good kit, Steve, a lot of the frustrations were caused by this being my first biplane kit. You'd think the photo-etch would make the rigging a breeze but it was quite the opposite. If I were to do it again I'd use something like EZ line instead.

I hope they bring their own food & drinks, I don't do any of that bread breaking & fish multiplying stuff. Any of them interested in buying my house?

Thank you all for the kind comments.

I may have an old FROG kit you can have, it'll cost you extra, though. :nena:
