Airfix 1/72 Kamov Ka25B Hormone

Hi guys this will be my entry to this build.But before I start it tonight can anyone help me with the colour charts??
I'll be using Tamiya paints only so a help out will be nice tq.

Forgotten to ask can you also tell me what colour belongs to which part of the helicopter when specifiying the paint charts tq
