Das Werk 1/35 Raupenschlepper Ost

Post by Tomcat64 »

Here are the reveal photos for the Das Werk reissue of Dragon's 1/35 Raupenschlepper Ost; it's a decent enough kit let down by terrible instructions that sadly Das Werk didn't correct before reissuing, but I now have something RS0-shaped in the collection :)

The build thread is here

Love the old worn aged wood planks and the kit build itself a lovely addition to the cabinet.

Lovely build Neil, seeing work like that inspires me to be brave and get a bit bolder with my weathering, I seem to spend ages and end up with little effect.

Thanks mate - I know what you mean about needing to get brave, it's that nagging doubt about screwing up a decent finish; all I can say is give it a go with a relatively cheapish kit for practice and get stuck in. Things got really beaten up especially on the Eastern front so it's difficult to overdo it :) :cheers2:
