"WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING ON THIS Month?" - A NEW SEGMENT OF FRIDAY NIGHT'S ISM LIVE "AT THE BENCH" SHOW!

* Open now until 1 hour before the show on Friday, 4th August*

** PLEASE read ALL of the rules below carefully! **

Hello everyone! This post is being created to give you, as a member of ISM, the opportunity to share what you have been working on during the week on the Friday night show. Please read the rules below in order to participate.

01). By participating in this thread, you are giving permission for the ISM live crew to share your work during the Youtube broadcast of the ISM Live "At the Bench" Friday show.

02). Please, only post your own work and not that of others.

03). Remember, post only one image per subject each week. This will prevent prolific builders from dominating this segment and will prevent this part of the show from becoming too long.

04). You can post 2 works in progress builds per member each week. Again, this prevents prolific builders from dominating this segment and making this segment longer than it needs to be.

This is an opportunity for you as members to be directly involved with the show. We hope that you will participate no matter your level of experience. This will not be a critique of anyone's work.

The winner will have their model displayed on the Paul@ism live stream header

We thank you in advance for allowing us the opportunity to showcase your models!
Paul and the live crew

First one is the Trumpeter release of the Savoia-Marchetti SM-79 in 1/48 scale. Augmented by an Edouard "Big Ed" PE set. Painted with Tamiya, Hataka and MiG colours. Its a nice kit, clean mouldings in the main with very little flash and no visible ejector marks. PE is making it a slow build- but very enjoyable.

Second one is an un-named make of a 90mm figure. This one is a late era Roman Legionary. Onlybthe third I've ever done - the quality of moulding and fit of parts on this one was dire, needing much redial work and filler. Probably worst was the Scutum shield - it was badly warped and so thin in places it had actually torn the surface. Its getting there slowly though. The paints used are Tamiya and Vallejo with Ultimate washes over the base. The sheild decals are from Pedinghaus and were slightly oversize (by about 2mm) so needed trimming.

This 2 last weeks i've been working on this marvelous kit (no putty is needed) but with a lot of parts : the T-90 from Zvezda 1/35 scale. Sanding is time consuming but the plastic is soft and high quality, after the OEZ Su-25 it's a real pleasure to build this kit :
