Its an odd quirk of history that the regime you might reasonably expect to have built the ugliest yet most functional aircraft actually turned out some of the most aesthetically pleasing designs ever. 😊😊
Lavochkin was another such designer.

      Hind is maybe not most beautiful, but very interesting helicopter. ;)
