That is fantastic!!!
Love the body and chassis painting
Solid work
I detack my tamiya tape on my hand before I apply and or use the white curvy Tamiya tape, detacked as well
That method served well for the Thunderbird Phantom paint scheme and the tri-coloured Phantom I did in January
Paint can be hit and miss and you are already definitely on the high end of the skill level doing what you do
Karma will have me tear off all the blue when I do the orange stripe on my 928 body now...unless I pre-unjinx it

Arrgh, from one OCD to another I know you want it perfect, but that is so tough
Is there a small lip between the colours that could be fine wet sanded flat maybe?? Then perhaps a touch up blending spray if needed
You know once you start messing with it too much you will wind up redoing it...I am like that
The gold will probably look fine with a touch of gloss on it
Honestly, I thought of stripping my car's base after looking at your marvellous paint job on your underbelly...lucky I am at work and so the car is safe for the moment
Edit: you already did that while i was typing, it looks fine mate, just fine

Scott know what you mean am a little bit apprehensive in touchIingit so may late it go this time and put it down as learning curve has for the weathering the bottom it's Ultimate primer and gone around the edges with a pencil

Looks great Paul I cheat for stripes you can get various colours of stripe decals gold , silver, black etc and they come in various widths on the same sheet
Studio 27 do them and a Danish company called DMC decals do them as well
