Jamie's Revell 1/48 Tornado GR4

Hello everyone,

For my entry into this GB, I've decided that I will enter my 1/48 Revell Tornado GR4.











I've also done a bit of work on it.

I built the cockpit, primed it in Ultimate black primer and sprayed it in Mr Hobby H306 (I think!). The kit decals were used for the side panels and the instrument panels just to add some extra detail and then received a coat of Ultimate dark dirt wash


The intakes had massive seams running down then and after numerous applications of sprue-glue, I got them vaguely seamless. They were then painted white with Ultimate white primer


I then began the building phase of the build.



Ive still got a bit more building to do and I fully anticipate some fit issues but hopefully I will be able to get it to go together relatively well.

I've enjoyed this build so far and looking forward to getting this into primer

Thanks guys. Just got some aftermarket in for it which should add some detail to the model. Will get some pictures up when i next get to the bench

Wow cool Tornado and the decals blow my mind, ill be following, awesome build so far!
