Once again I really admire your commitment to little details. The fact that I can see all the hard work in the cockpit despite its size tells me all I need to know...it's a great finish!

Actually reasonably happy with this and I didn't get too crazy near the end with the "just get it done" feeling.

Where do you get your bases from Scott?
Or are you making them from scratch?

I make them myself
That one is from Home Depot...it is a grey floor tile sample with yellow painted masking tape stripes and rub on numbering decals. Then just edged with chrome felt pen
Simple and easy, but don't tell everyone

She came our a bit darker than others I have seen even though I used the Tamiya paint codes asked for in instructions
