So boys and girls , ladies and gentleman , here are my final thoughts of this Tamiya Kit
My build thread here :

About this kit ...this seems a rebox for a Tamiya old sprues from 1978 ...not an easy kit , but with time and not getting nervous you get a nice final result as in more or less all Tamiya builds . If you ask me if this worth the money , at the beggining and checking the marks on the sprue from the casting moulds , I say no ...after I build it and looking at the result I say go for it!!!
Well I advice to clean all the chrome sprues , and clean is to remove this awful chrome that it is real bad to glue and to work with ! So clean the chrome , clean the pieces with some sanding work ( the pieces aren't that much clean in excess of plastic) use alcalad or other metalic paint and do this with time , the kit i wonderful in the detail and final result , I saw even guys that replaced the cables for colour ones and there are some fantastic results in the internet , check for them ! For me isn't the best kit I have done , but really is now one of the Top Shelf models i my living room
.It is just great , even as I mention has some building mistakes,. Carefull handling the model , as it all seems fragile , a lot and lot of pieces that can easily break ...
Final photos , hope you like as I liked and battle to build it in the last weeks
