Post by privatepete »

They're all brilliant and the fact that you've achieved such a high level of finish without an airbrush makes it even more impressive :

I share some of your "issues"............I'm 65 & have asbestosis of the lungs from service in the Navy. I shouldn't airbrush, but I do. Way to shaky to use a "hairy stick" :) :)
My situation is a bit different, as I figure the need for positive "time wasting" on my hobby for me out-weighs the health issues, as I'm careful as can be, and I figure the "other" is going to get me first anyway........might as well enjoy what I have left. A bit fatalistic, I realize, but for me, realistic.

I think you should be proud of your accomplishments here...........you have done exceptional work with less exotic tools than most of us use, and have done a great job of it.
Thanks for giving me something to strive for!! Keep up the good work, you can stand proudly with the rest!!

They are all top-notch. The dioramas are especially impressive and all done with a brush? You should be very proud of your work.
Yes, actually, the real one looks just like that !

Hi Craig you might like to look at these to builds there's a bit of scratch building involved.

Thank you very much, I use Plasticard and the size I use 0.5 for most building but 0.25 for round or odd shape's, 0.75/1.0 for strength/reinforcement to a structure.
