Looking good
Tip: if you put a bit of tape along either side of the seam, it will protect those rivets and surface detail when you start filling and sanding

Thanks Scott and Adam. Next time I will do that Scott. :D I don't have a scribing or rivet tool. I don't know how I would fix them. If I can find a pin that might work.

Scribing and re-doing rivets is not fun
I cannot do it well either, seems better to take all detail off and re scribe the whole darn thing so it all matches...that is nuts!!!
Little pokes with tip of a sharp exact can make a rivet

HOWDYYYYYY :D
Another update.
Well...seats are almost done. Still have several straps to go. Final comment when I get done with this itty-bitty, fiddly PE. OK! I know they aren't the best or the seat belts aren't put on correctly, but hey! It's my first time doing ejection seat belts and well..Bah Humbug on the rivet counters. :nena: I think they are pretty darn good! :th:

Next time on Lynn's Academy 1/72 F-4J Phantom. The landing gear and finishing up the ejection seats!!! :D

WOOOHOOOT!! Finally Finished, Fini, Fertig, 完成, Geëindigd!!! These ejection seats. Never agin with 1/72 PE, maybe :jd:
I know I need a stiff drink after dealing with that itty-bitty, fiddly PE. Here comes the Dr Pepper!! :cheers2:

I know the top ejection handles are bent down. I did fix them after I took the pictures.

Thanks :D You figured it out Thomas. I didn't know if I had enough of the explosive under the seats, so I added a little more. LOL

Thanks Rob and krusty69. I'm just now trying to edit the video...OH My word I want to not show how long it took me to deal with one PE. The epsiodes had to be time lapse or it would be boring!!! Hopefully they will be posted soon.

JUST AN UPDATE!!!!!!
Well I have been working on my Phantom. I do have some pictures to load, I'll do that soon I hope. My work schedule has been weird so I haven't been able to do much. Now on Feb 16 I'm having carpal tunnel release and I have 5 days off so I can hopefully work on it then. :D I really want to finish before the deadline, March. :D :D
