That darn decal started this whole project as I got this kit for last years summer sci fi sig to bury in the sand for a Mad Max diorama. The decal for the maple leaf was too nice so I decided to spare this kit and build it.
I eventually scratch carved a 747 out of balsa wood and covered it in foil.

Heh yeah - I remember that Mad Max mega-thread - can't believe that was a year ago!
