How about a figure diorama build? No vehicles or buildings (animals are OK), just figures, at least 2, and a simple setting. I could use the pressure to get better at people and places!

I like this one and up for the challenge of figure painting - could provide a wide scope of entries - would however open it up to include busts, single figures vignettes through to group dioramas. :th:

A figure only diorama is a great idea! Lots of ideas, not that hard on the pocket book and a great challenge.

This is a suggestion for a SiG but it so wide it might be counted as a GB, how about a British Army Armour Sig/GB. Any armored vehicle operated by the British Army from WW1 to the present day. That would cover tanks, SPGs, tank destroyers, recon and civil defense vehicles. Home built and foreign sourced. Could be a good one!

Oddball could be a subject that has not been built on ISM so far.
Or even a fiction build, not just scifi but anything that never actually existed in real life.

Another one I thought of: That one kit that has been on the shelf for YEARS! It seemed like a great idea (or a great deal) at the time but you just never got to it. Build it!

Or maybe a WWII civilian diorama: only civilian car/truck/etc. and figures (for example a grocery, or a bar, a house). I think that is a pretty good idea, what do you say?

One idea I heard over the weekend that my local club may use as a theme night next year would translate into a GB.
Made in Germany, it would let armour, aircraft, production car, racing and much more take part.
