millennium falcon colour ideas.

Post by benc123 »

Hi guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle as to the 'correct' colour to use for the beast. I have a few thoughts but any ideas would be massively appreciated.:

From what reference I have it seems to be mainly an off white colour (Ivory/cream) With some grey and red panels.

I'm sure you could find some better descriptions on-line. :thumb2:

Cheers guys, I have bookmarked a couple of YouTube vids. I was thinking a ghost grey with high and low lights but an off white sounds better. Do you guys know any colour call outs for that colour? Tamiya, humbrol or Vallejo if possible

I know I'm asking a lot. Lol.

I was checking out YouTube as I thought I knew who it was who did the videos but couldn't find them. This is a very cool link mate. :thumb2:

Guess I should get back to work - 08:00am here in the USA. :-(

I remember I had a Die Cast toy one when I was young and it was a sort of grey / white with the rear exhaust type thing in blue and the guns and circley bits on the top in a darker grey. Sorry about the circley bits but don't know what the proper name for them is !!!
