A little late to the party but here it is;

"Kamov Ka-52 Alligator (NATO reporting name: Hokum B) is an all-weather combat helicopter developed by Kamov Design Bureau. The Ka-52 is a twin-seat version of the Ka-50 helicopter (Also in the GB as Pete's entry). Designed to attack armoured and unarmoured ground targets and low-speed air targets."

As many of you know, life just gets busy. However, past week or so I have managed to at least make a start on the build!

The rotor parts have been glued together and awaiting paint - man, that was fiddly for my FatFingaz



I have also cut cleaned and dry fitted the seats. They are awaiting some paint before I glue them up.



Now I am on the hunt for some cockpit pics - anyone got a KA52 in the back yard they can snap for me, anyone?

No promises on the speed of my next update either I am afraid, hopefully not too long.

Tiny update, added a little paint.



The photo shows some of my painting flaws, so I will go back and touch up the paint a little, or at least straighten some of those lines.
I have discovered Nato black - nice!

Sorry to say, looks like I wont be getting over the finish line with this.

I made a rush attempt over the past couple of days but I am still unable to spend the time needed on it.

Thanks guys. I am still really keen on getting it wrapped up too as my first real build.
