Question about the Panzer Kampfwagen II SIG Luis mentioned

Where do I go to participate in this SIG ? I went to the SIG and couldnt find anything about it. I want to get started on this kit but dont want to open anything in case you have to do a video or something showing the kit is un started. Thanks for any info you may be able to give. (I need a set of those Ultimate Sanding Stick sponges haha).
