Italeri 1/72 Mil Mi-28 Havoc Gunship

Post by BALTA1 »

Here's my entry into the GB. I don't know much about this chopper but it looks to be an early rendition of it as all the pics on the net look nothing like it. I'll still build it!

Yeah - thats look like - Fantasie Italieri about Havoc - anything other than our daily and gray models - you'll see what comes out of it - we'll watch.

Cool, we're building Mi-28s! I am very interested to see how yours builds up. Maybe we can exchange notes on our builds?

I'm sure you're right. Testors and italeri did a lot of that is the 80's.
@ gosselin, that is cool! I'll be watching your build as well. This one should be a simple build no where near the parts count as yours.

Yeah, you're right. I wonder which one will give us more headaches. Sometimes simpler is better.

Looks like this should be a straight-forward build. :thumb2:

Here's some small progress I've made on the build. Life's been busy this week. I was able the wash the parts and lay down a primer coats on the interior. I don't have the color I need so I'll be stoppping by the LHS today to pick up the paints I need.

That's funny! At first glance I didn't see that you had mounted parts on a stick. I was saying to myself, "Didn't realize the Mi-28 had passenger capacity."

Nice work!
