What a kit!: You will definitely have your work cut out on that one but if you tackle it in sub sections it should come together nicely. Do I see an artillery SIG build looming on the horizon? That would be a nice change of pace. :thumb1:

Great kit, very impressive. That will take more than a couple of days me thinks. If any one doesn't like doing road wheels on a tank they aren't going to like this model, I think I worked out that there is 80 to do. Look forward to seeing you start the build.

It when you start stroking it, drooling and giggling like a little girl that you have to worry. :?

Actually I have watched the video right through and I think you are already doing those, so yes... You CAN worry! :nena:

It's an absolute monster of a kit. Like you said, it will need a few vehicles around it to show off the size, and a litre of German Grey paint to cover it. I'll enjoy watching this build up.

Lee if you don't start building this soon, then I am going to have to take a road trip and relieve you of the kit as I will then build it! And don't think I won't drive all the way from Scotland just to get a model!

Just a thought, but would it be easier to do away with the rail,s and base altogether and scratch build it. Obviously you would need a base board, some OO gauge track and some ballast, then you could use the built up bogie,s to gauge the width of the track,s. also when you come to paint the ballast and track,s try a company called Railmatch, they do authentic colour,s for sleeper grime, brake dust ,rail grime and all you could need to really finish of the base. Anyway good luck with it and keep the post,s coming , if I see one of these cheap at Telford I may just get one myself, cheer,s Dave.

It may be mate - When (if) I build it, I'll spend a good month beforehand on research and planning the build :D
