Post by krusty69 »

cool title right :th:
this is a 1/35 ebay suit of powered armor. with a female driver :jd:
20 dollars and 6 weeks shipping from china. fit was so so, I filled the obvious gaps with mr surfacer 500 and left it at that. very little flash, pour plugs in hidden locations took about 90 mins to assemble. used ak black widow ca glue, it has a little rubber added to help with the ca ping :bash: . spayed some primer and i'm looking forward to getting some paint on it. well so much for sci fi sat. i'm looking forward to three jeep sunday

This is the sci-fi build I started last year but never got round to completing it...barely got round to starting it actually....

I’m looking forward to seeing yours get finished, it might even inspire me to dig mine out again and get it done, looks great so far, will come alive with paint

got a little bench time toddy and decided to start on the interior. used ak leather and leather highlights. painted the leather and mixed some highlights and a little bit of thinner, and hit the center of the seat and belt. having a had time finding the fine line of being over done and not seeing anything at all :wall:, but that's what makes this a great hobby
