Great to see another entry to the Mossie Possie in the SIG. Just make sure you undermine the other Mossie builders - nothing like a bit of healthy competition ;)
Its been tried and tested, it works! So don't blame the system if you're no good.

The parts have a little cleanup needed but nothing major.

Steps 2, 3, & 4:

The fit was a little finicky here. I hope I can adjust things later on.

Step 5:

This completes the first page of the instructions! Hopefully I can get more work done this week!

Thanks for looking!

Good progress so far, looking forward to this one. Interested to see how it compares to the Tamiya one.
I'm liking those instructions, hard to believe that they are from Revell! Miles better and so much cleaner than the brown paper bag ones they used to do

So I got a little more done. I don’t feel like painting though so this is as far as I’m going tonight.

Steps 6-12 minus paint!

Not getting good vibes from this plastic. I’m getting fish eyes on some of the parts I’ve painted so I decided to wash the sprues. This is something I rarely do but I feel it is necessary for this project.

I am really struggling to find the motivation to continue this build. This happens all the time with me. I start getting back into the hobby and something gets my attention. This time it is my RCs. I've done nothing but tinker with my nitro truck for the last month, LOL!

Don't make me come down there and rough y'all up
You have until August 31st to finish, so tons of time
I am sure you will bust something expensive and have to rest the R/C truck for a while and then loop back into modelling
We had Losi electrics and I kept breaking wheel hubs.
You would think a four stair launch wasn't THAT much stress  : Guess so :shifty:

Anyhow, no panic as most of us have a little mojo hit when the sun comes out

I really hate that I haven't worked on this kit but I am just not getting any enjoyment from it. I guess I just need to stick to armor for now. Which sucks since I have a Tamiya F-14 and an Italeri A-10 waiting in the wings (pun intended).

Maybe one day I will pick it back up!

Is there something specific stumping you??
I get all weird as I get close to finishing a build deadline or not...I rush and just want it to be done. Happens nearly every time.
Just pick away at the Mossie 10 min at a time, do something small and then work on what your mojo wants after that
Sooner than you think it will be done

I'll definitely give it a shot. I don't know exactly what it is. It's usually one thing that happens and it just sets the mood for the rest of the build. This time it was the ill-fitting fuselage. Now the landing gear is just blah, LOL!

Thanks for the pep-talk!
