Any advice for runs?

A couple of models, a few runs....

Any ideas how to prevent runs? I was pretty sure I stuck the tape down as well as I could.

Also, the Tamiya tape took some of the aluminium paint off the P-47 and also left some residue behind (though, oddly, not on the P-51)

You need to de tack the tape on your hand a few times and when pulling it back off be gentle. Also make sure you spray very thin coats to avoid any flooding

Thanks Paul. Now you mention it, I vaguely recall seeing you de-tack the tape on your hand!
