Aires F-14 Wheel Bay

Morning All,

I am looking at aftermarket for the Tamiya 1/48 Tomcat and came across an Aires Wheel Bay, which is designed for the HobbyBoss kit. Does anyone know if this would fit on the Tamiya? Looking at it, I think it might but with the mechanism for the wings in the Tamiya kit I wanted to be sure - £16 is a lot to pay for something that I can't use

I am not sure sheppsea, but Wow the detail on that aftermarket is amazing. I hope someone may know if it fits to help you.

Looking at what i can see from the aires website, it doesnt look too different from the kit parts.
When i get my sore and sorry ar$e out of bed i will get a few photos for you

Thanks Fridgy - I do have the kit and I agree it looks similar to the kit parts. I am tempted just to bite the bullet but will wait on the off chance anyone has anymore information
