How was the Fine Moulds as a kit???
I have made the Bandai X Wing and it self assembled, my next X Wing would be the 1/72 Fine Moulds

It went together really well. I know the Bandai offerings are virtually snap-fix but the engineering on this thing was superb, particularly the wing mechanism. Rock solid once it was screwed into place - it also locked the upper and lower fuselage halves together and you would have needed TNT to shift it. I think I used a tiny bit of filler in a couple of places but that was it. Cant say anything bad about it at all.

Excellent build, sir. I do wonder why Bandai couldn't throw some kits out at 1/48, but this one looks pretty on par with the 1/72s. Maybe that's just your skill showing
