Next Update .... I'm going to try and replicate the new 2018 911 as shown below so some modifications and scratch building required ... made a start on the rear bumper .... cut the section away with the Stanley knife and now building this section up ... will be cutting out the air intakes in front of the back wheels this evening !!!

Cheers thanks TwoKidsnoSleep

Next Update .... This is where things become a bit ... oh dear what have i done ... but I'm going with it and hopefully it will all work out fine ...

I removed the back spolier mount on the model to make way for the new grills that are on the new version ... I then proceeded to cut out the front grill to get the correct shape of the front and then the hardest part I've started to work on the contours of the model .... the current line is to fluid for the 2018 version ... i cut the body panel out and bent it backwards and re glued .... this then gives a better flow closer to the newer model !!! ... i will have to do this now on the other side ... let it sit and then get the modelling putty on it tomorrow to get back those nice curves !!!

Further update

Front sections is roughly complete ... need to work on back section now and then focus on applying all the smaller details within the body panels !!!

the red areas are all areas in which the contour and body shape have had to be edited and re contoured .... the black lines are where i had to cut the door and then bend it back into the correct shape !!!

Keeping an eye on this one, have been wanting to turn a tamiya GSX-750 to a GS-750 for a while now, but never quite knew how to do it. Really looking forward to further updates!
