Who remembers Street Sharks? Here's my first custom model inspired in the TV series! [FIXED]

Post by SergioSolo »

Hi, guys!
Here's my customized RAPTOR 1/20 from Maschinen Krieger, inspired by Streex, one of the main characters of the show.
Primered with Ultimate Black Primer, Painted with Vallejo Model Color and weathered with Oil paints

I entered my first official modeling competition with it, hosted by Hobby Link Japan (Playing with Plamo 2017), and got third place in the Intermediate Category! I wish I had more time to improve a few things, specially the weathering, but well, I like the result and enjoyed the process a lot :)

Here you can see the detailed process!

Haha! I DO like it! And I remember the show, though it was a bit after my time by a year or two.
I really like the subtle wear you put on it, it's not too much but communicates use. When I need to try some weathered armor on a suit again you are often bookmarked in my reference library ;)
